Channel Account Manager- Copiers - REMOTE ( Mid-West) Our client operates as a top provider of digital imaging solutions, catering to consumers, businesses, and industries across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Currently, they are in search of a Channel Account Manager to cover the Mid- West region. The ideal candidate should possess technical knowledge and a proven track record in collaborating with key decision-makers to drive sales growth. This is a full-time position that can be done virtually or remotely, offering an annual salary range of $70,000-104,000, with eligibility for commissions based on a 65/35 split arrangement.
Responsibilities
:
- Devise strategies to boost sales by engaging with key decision-makers within the dealer sales channel and end users
- Act as the primary point of contact, fostering and nurturing the business relationship between the company and assigned dealers and/or offices
- Effectively communicate with Fortune 500 clients, including CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs, presenting sophisticated sales strategies, ROI projections, and technical workflow analyses
- Provide technical expertise to the dealer sales channel and end-user customers for in-depth analysis and recommendations on hardware and software solutions
- Oversee dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, education, and other channel-related support
- Conduct high-level introductory sales calls, develop retail sales channel proposals, and provide bid support assistance
- Coordinate and execute product launches and equipment/software updates with the dealer sales channel
- Supervise the coordination of specific events and tradeshows
- Apply company policies and procedures to address routine issues
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's products and services
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree is a requirement
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in copier sales and the A3 market is essential
- Preferably, experience in B2B retail sales, customer-facing roles, copier dealer, or copier manufacturer environments
- Possession of CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification
- CompTIA Network+ Certification is a plus
- 5+ years of sales/sales support and industry-related experience
- Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas is desired:
