Job Overview Moza & Company, Pensacola's luxury tile showroom is seeking a talented and personable Interior Sales and Design professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their interior design needs, provide expert guidance, and assist in creating beautiful, functional spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent customer service skills, and a knack for sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine creativity with client interaction in a dynamic retail or design environment. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their interior design preferences and project requirements * Provide expert advice on furniture, decor, color schemes, and layout options * Assist clients in selecting products that match their style and budget * Create detailed design plans and presentations to showcase options and solutions * Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business * Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source products and manage orders * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, products, and industry innovations * Support the sales process from initial consultation through project completion Skills * Proven experience in customer service within a retail or design setting is preferred * Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and close deals effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients * Creative eye for interior design, color coordination, and space planning * Ability to listen carefully to client needs and translate them into actionable designs * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in design software or tools is a plus but not required * Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for interior design trends Requirements * The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of interior design and sales experience. Knowledge of tile and plumbing is strongly preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication are a must * Candidate will use excellent listening skills , * Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, Google Docs and various social media formats are required. We are a progressive, locally owned business. This is a full time position, however part time will also be considered for the right candidate.
