Overview We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of retail sales, and the ability to assist customers with their needs effectively. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales expertise in a dynamic environment, engaging with customers and promoting products through demonstrations and upselling techniques. Duties : Membership Sales & Consultation * Greet prospective members and provide studio tours, explaining the Orangetheory workout concept, technology, and membership options * Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and texts to convert prospects into members * Process membership agreements, payments, and account setup in the studio management system Member Experience & Retention * Welcome members as they arrive for classes and create a positive, energetic atmosphere * Answer questions about class schedules, policies, heart rate monitors, and studio operations * Address member concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when needed * Build relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals Requirements * Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette * Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude and professional appearance * Ability to work opening shifts with a 4:45 AM start time * Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts * High-energy, outgoing personality with enthusiasm for fitness * Comfortable working in a fitness studio environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Work Location: In person
