IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR FULL-TIME SALES REPS Compensation: $80,000-$250,000+ (uncapped commissions) Job Overview We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Solar and Roofing Sales Reps to join our team! This role involves engaging with potential clients, promoting solar energy, roofing and home improvement solutions, as well as expanding our customer base through effective sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for energy and solar sales, and experience in outside sales. Multilingual abilities and leadership qualities are a plus, as they enhance our outreach and customer engagement efforts. Responsibilities * Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify potential clients and generate leads for solar, roofing and home improvement projects * Engage customers through personalized consultations, emphasizing the benefits of roofing, solar, and energy-efficient solutions * Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and follow up on leads * Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers * Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction * Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in all interactions * Lead by example in customer service excellence, fostering long-term relationships with clients Requirements * Experience in sales or strong desire to develop sales and negotiation skills (we are willing to train the right motivated individual if you have a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude and are coachable) * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently in door-to-door sales environments while maintaining professionalism * Leadership qualities that motivate team collaboration and drive results * Knowledge of solar sales, energy sales, or related technical products is a plus * Valid driver's license with reliable transportation required This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to make an impact in the renewable energy and roofing industry while developing their sales expertise.
