Best Choice Roofing is looking for entry level Outside Sales Representatives/ Roof inspectors to join our team. The successful candidate will be a self- motivated individual, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. NO SALES OR ROOFING EXPERIENCE NEEDED, WE WILL TRAIN YOU!! WHO IS BCR? Daily Work: Canvasing known damaged areas for storm damaged roofing systems Collecting addresses of apparent storm damaged houses Turning in self generated leads via email to our call service Leaving paper materials at damaged houses while homeowners are at work returning to those same houses after homeowners get home for the day knocking on the doors of those damaged houses climbing and inspecting roofing systems consulting homeowners on found damage, and appropriate next steps. Things you will need: Right to work in the United States (and appropriate documentation). A working, reliable, and insured vehicle. Your own Ladder. Work gloves. Sidewalk chalk. A smartphone or camera. A willingness and drive to succeed and make more money than you've ever made. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Inspect roofing systems (all training provided) Generate leads and qualify prospects. Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, and services. PAY STRUCTURE PLEASE READ This job is commission only. We pay 9% commission to start on every contract you write, the pay period following when you pick up the homeowners down payment check. We also pay a $250 bonus on every contract after the insurance deductible is collected on all insurance ordered jobs. The average roof in this area is between $9k and $12k, meaning for every contract you sign you can expect almost $1300!! If you were to write 3 contracts a week you can expect $4K/week! YOU ARE LITERALLY PAYED FOR THE EFFORT YOU ARE WILLING TO PUT IN! We have 19 year olds making $10K/month in this branch alone.
