Overview

HireQuest is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to grow our Thornton, CO market. This role focuses on developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and delivering customized staffing solutions to local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within the local market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Conduct in-person and phone-based sales calls and presentations
• Identify client workforce needs and match them with HireQuest staffing solutions
• Collaborate with branch and recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting
• Represent HireQuest at networking events and in the community

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or staffing industry experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally What We Offer
