Your mission is to build a high- performance team from the ground up, turning raw talent into seasoned pros. You'll lead by example, jumping in to run appointments and coach reps in real- time. What You 'll Do: * Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team. * Provide real-time coaching and support to help reps close more deals. * Conduct daily meetings and weekly one-on-ones to keep the team sharp and aligned. * Jump in and run appointments to lead from the front. * Drive team revenue with a clear path to market ownership and equity. * Consistent managers average $250K-$400K+/year. What We Need: * 2+ years of door-to-door sales experience. * 1+ years of proven sales management, leadership, or recruiting experience. * A deep understanding of the in-home sales process. * Strong coaching and mentorship abilities. * A burning desire to build something significant and a commitment to winning.
