Who We 're Looking For

• A natural people person who genuinely likes yapping with strangers
• Someone who loves sharing products they genuinely enjoy and never gatekeeps because they always have the hottest recs
• A growth-minded hard worker who wants to learn and get involved across sales, events, marketing, and more with our small Gen Z, UCLA-born team The Job
• Role: Part-Time Besa Sales Representative
• Hours: 3-20 hrs/week
• When: Mostly Thurs-Sat (3-6 hr shifts)
• Pay: $22/hr (1099 contractor) What You 'll Do
• Run fun Besa Hard Seltzer and wine tastings at events, bars, and grocery stores
• Build strong relationships with store teams
• Track product movement and help keep shelves stocked
• Land new accounts across bars, restaurants, and liquor stores
• Set up local sponsorships and marketing opportunities
• Set up branded signage and in-store marketing assets that drive visibility and sales
• Jump into digital, events, or other startup projects if you're curious

Requirements

• 21+
• Reliable transportation (car required)
• Experience in sales, food service, or bartending is a plus but not required. Why Besa
