Qualifications For our 18-month Accelerated Path To Management Program, we're looking for goal-driven leaders who are eager to build and develop their own unit of financial professionals. After approximately 12 months, eligible candidates may be promoted to Associate Partner. Compensation : $60,000 -$150,000+ per year with our competitive commission and bonus structure. Responsibilities * Recruit, train, and mentor a team of financial professionals * Participate in the six-month Associate Partner Training Program * Lead your team in delivering personalized financial guidance to clients * Leverage company-provided development programs and leadership support * Foster a collaborative, performance-driven team culture * Achieve business goals through team growth and client success New York Life accepts applications for the Financial Professional position on an on-going basis.
