Job Summary We are seeking motivated and professional Outbound Call Center Representatives to make high-volume outbound calls and set qualified appointments for multiple clients across various industries. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing different client campaigns. As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, representing our clients with professionalism while driving results through consistent outreach and strong communication skills. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to introduce our products and services effectively * Engage in professional conversations, demonstrating strong communication skills and a positive attitude to build rapport with potential customers * Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with suitable solutions, emphasizing negotiation skills and technical knowledge when necessary * Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded within our CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Follow up with prospects via phone or email to confirm appointments and nurture ongoing relationships * Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine calling strategies and improve outreach effectiveness * Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and scheduled appointments within CRM systems for tracking and reporting purposes Qualifications * Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling roles, preferably within technology or B2C sales environments * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented mindset * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other customer relationship management tools * Knowledge of sales techniques including warm calling, lead qualification, and business development strategies * Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm * Previous experience in technical sales or marketing is a plus but not required Join us in a role that energizes your sales career!
