NOW HIRING: ROOFING SALES MANAGER IN THE DENVER METRO Important Requirements - Please Read First To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications: * At least 2 years of roofing sales experience * At least 2 years of door-to-door (D2D) sales experience * Willingness and ability to self-generate leads through door-to-door sales * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license * Ability to pass a background check This is a field-based role that requires consistent time spent in the field prospecting and meeting with homeowners. JOB OVERVIEW T Bare Roofing is looking for a Roofing Sales Manager who leads by example. This is a field-based leadership role, not a "sit back in the office" management position. You'll be out in the field daily, self-generating leads, closing your own deals, and coaching your team to do the same. This is a 1099, fully commission-based position with serious earning potential for the right person. Your income is uncapped, and your success is directly tied to your effort, leadership, and results. RESPONSIBILITIES * Self-generating leads through door-to-door canvassing * Closing residential & commercial roofing deals * Training and developing sales reps * Coaching your team on canvassing, inspections, presentations, and closing * Setting expectations, tracking performance, and holding reps accountable * Leading by example through work ethic, attitude, and results * Building strong relationships with customers and your sales team REQUIREMENTS * 2+ years in roofing sales (required) * 2+ years in door-to-door sales (required) * Ability to pass a background check (required) * Reliable transportation & valid driver's license (required) * Proven ability to consistently close deals * Strong leadership presence and communication skills * High energy, resilience, and competitive drive * Willingness to be in the field daily WHY JOIN T BARE ROOFING *Uncapped & Competitive Commission - *No salary cap.
