Duties * Customer Engagement : Greeting, building rapport, and identifying customer needs through questioning. * Product Knowledge : Understanding vehicle features, warranties, and current promotions to match cars to buyers. * Sales Process : Presenting vehicles, arranging and leading test drives, demonstrating features, and overcoming objections. * Negotiation : Negotiating sale prices, financing terms, and trade-in values. * Closing Sales : Completing sales contracts, processing paperwork, and coordinating with the finance department. * Prospecting & Follow-up: Generating leads (phone, email, in-person) and following up with past customers for satisfaction and repeat business. * Inventory Management : Keeping up-to-date on current inventory, market trends, and competitor offers. * Dealership Operations : Assisting with showroom setup, maintaining a professional appearance, and participating in sales meetings. * Admin & Reporting: Completing sales reports and ensuring accurate documentation. * Upselling : Selling accessories, extended warranties, and service packages.
