About the Role

: The Sales Representative at Jefferson Tours will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This position involves engaging with potential clients to understand their travel & charter needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role requires the representative to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services. Ultimately, the goal is to contribute to the overall success of Jefferson Tours by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Experience using CRM software to manage sales activities and client relationships.
• Knowledge of travel & charter industry trends and destinations.

Responsibilities

:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our travel services.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. Skills: The required skills for this role include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for engaging with clients and understanding their needs. Sales experience will be utilized daily to effectively pitch our services and close deals, while customer service skills will ensure that clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
