*Roofing Sales Representative - DFW Area *(Wylie, Anna, Mckinney, Frisco, Plano) We're hiring experienced roofing OR door-to-door sales reps in the DFW area who want a long-term opportunity in a performance-driven environment. This is a commission-only roofing sales role. The right people do very well here. The wrong people usually realize early on that it's not a fit. The average commission ranges between $2,500.00-$5,000.00 , with a typical deal cycle of 30-60 days. One sale a week can translate to a heavy 6 figure income. Experience isn't necessary but here's what is: A strong work ethic, self starter, positive attitude, student mentality, competitive nature, desire for more than a typical 9-5, a couple weeks worth of savings, the ability to regularly commute between home, office, and field. About the Role As a Roofing Sales Rep, you'll be: * Canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners face-to-face * Educating customers on the roofing process after storm events * Managing your pipeline from first conversation through completion * Working independently while being part of a competitive team environment This role requires consistency, effort, and patience. Larger commissions take time to close, and reps who understand that tend to perform best. To support new reps during ramp-up, we offer performance-based incentives tied to activity and production.
