Sales Assistant Responsibilities: * Engage face-to-face with residential customers to present AT&T products, plans, and service upgrades clearly and confidently * Drive wireless sales by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions * Build strong customer relationships, fostering trust and long-term satisfaction with the AT&T brand and services * Assist customers with account setup, enrollment, and service activation to ensure a smooth experience * Track personal performance metrics daily and work toward measurable weekly goals by collaborating with sales managers and other Sales Assistants * Support weekly territory initiatives, promotional events, and campaign rollouts * Continuously learn and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date on offers and promotions * Collaborate with leadership and teammates to refine sales techniques and optimize results Qualities of the Sales Assistant: * Strong communication and persuasion skills to work effectively with customers and client representatives * Positive, competitive, and motivated personality * Enjoys customer interaction and relationship-building * Results and performance focused * Willing to learn new skills quickly and problem-solve on the spot to adapt to customer questions and needs * Team-oriented with the ability to work independently * Sales or customer experience is helpful but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: In person
