Job Highlights Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years of age * Ability to complete and pass required training/tests * Provide exceptional customer service * Ability to lift 50 (plus) lbs * Must have reliable transportation Responsibilities * The sales associate must be able to provide superior customer service to our customers and support the Store Manager when it comes to all retail operations to ensure the store is operating at its highest performance. * Complete all tasks at a timely manor * Greet and assist customers with all their pool needs * Maintain a tidy, welcoming and safe work environment * Assist with merchandising inventory control
