How: [please apply online] or through this job website What's in it for you: Competitive salary Positive work environment with career growth opportunities Monthly and year-end bonuses Medical, dental, vision insurances, 401k Paid holidays and Paid Time Off Here 's what you can expect: * Work with licensed agents/producers across the country to determine appropriate product and/or financial strategy recommendations for their clients. * Utilize software platforms to provide illustrations and product recommendations. * Educate agents/producers on the products and marketing programs that IAMS offers. * Recruit licensed life insurance agents/producers to promote IAMS end-to-end service and support and promote our carriers and their offerings to help the agents grow their business. * Provide administration, back-office support, marketing and case design. * A dedicated resource for our insurance agents/producers to help them grow their business. * Other duties as assigned. Here 's what we expect: * High school diploma/GED * Annuity insurance experience; as an agent/producer, working with agents/producers, experience with an IMO or working with an IMO definitely preferred * Extensive knowledge of various insurance products and policies preferred for Director position * 3 years solid sales, client service and customer acquisition experience preferred * Must be professional, highly motivated/driven and outgoing * Ability to work with little supervision * Ability to multitask and prioritize workload * Must be detail oriented with accuracy * Not afraid of making phone calls * This position is an in office, full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:45am to 5:00pm * Must be able to pass a background check Here 's what we offer: * Competitive base salary based on experience * Monthly and year-end bonuses * Medical, dental, vision insurances, plus employer HSA contributions * 401k with employer match * Paid holidays and Paid Time Off About IAMS: Insurance Agency Marketing Services (IAMS) is a well-established and stable, independently owned Insurance Marketing Organization (IMO).
