While we operate frequently in Denver, we also continue to build relationships along the I-70 corridor. This is not an entry-level BD role. You must bring a foundation we can build on. About the Role Your mission: Generate $850,000 in qualified commercial roofing pipeline per quarter by leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones with commercial partners. Success in this role depends on your ability to open doors through the credibility and network you've already built. Ramp Expectations: * Q1 (ramp period): $400-$500K in qualified pipeline * Q2 and beyond: Full quota of $850K per quarter What You 'll Do * Build and strengthen relationships with PMs, PMCs, roof consultants, HOAs, and GCs * Generate qualified opportunities that progress to scoping and estimate creation * Perform or coordinate site visits to gather accurate project information * Enter and maintain all opportunity data in JobNimbus * Keep consistent follow-up loops to move opportunities forward * Provide weekly pipeline updates to the CEO * Attend targeted industry events to grow market presence * Collaborate with estimating and production teams for smooth handoffs * Represent Integrity Pro Roofing's values in every interaction Industry events typically include 1-2 targeted networking or industry functions per month. Some events may occur outside standard business hours. Compensation * Base Salary: $80,000 * Pipeline Bonus: * $500 per $100K of qualified pipeline * Approximately $17,000 annually at quota * Pipeline Accelerator: After $1,000,000 of qualified pipeline in a quarter, bonuses increase to $750 per $100K on pipeline above $1M for that quarter * Pipeline bonuses apply only to qualified, relationship-driven opportunities and do not apply to open or commodity bid-only work. * Closed Revenue Commission: * 1.5% on closed commercial deals sourced by you Total compensation at quota is approximately $115K. High performers who exceed pipeline and revenue targets can reasonably expect $130K -$140K+ annually.
