Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for sales. Duties * Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base. * Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to recommend appropriate insurance products. * Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. * Provide ongoing support to clients regarding their insurance policies, including benefits administration and claims assistance. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions through effective sales administration. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote insurance offerings. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to effectively advise clients. * Uphold compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. Requirements * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele. * Proficient analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions. * Experience in sales is advantageous. * A strong understanding of marketing principles as they relate to insurance products is beneficial. * Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
