Maeser Master Services, an authorized dealer of Generac, Kohler, and Cummins generators, proudly serves the Louisville and Kentuckiana region. We're growing our team and currently seeking a Power Advisor to help deliver peace of mind through dependable backup power solutions. In this role, you'll develop strong relationships with residential and commercial customers, identifying opportunities to recommend generator installations, replacements, and maintenance agreements. You'll collaborate with our estimating team and technical experts to deliver accurate, customized proposals that meet each client's unique needs--including solutions for backup power, green energy, and advanced systems. Location: Louisville/Kentuckiana Area Pay : Commission only after training period. $1,000 per week of training - up to 90 days. Sales Commission yearly average: $90,000-$140,000 Job Type: Full-time in the field Residential and commercial product training is provided and paid for by Maeser. Company vehicle and gas card provided. Role Responsibilities: * Build trust and maintain relationships with customers through expert consultation and clear communication * Generate leads via cold calls, networking, referrals, and events * Prepare and present professional proposals with support from our estimating team * Use Service Titan to document communications and track opportunities * Represent Maeser at trade shows, community events, and industry functions * Conduct job site visits, take measurements, and gather project data * Lead customer meetings and coordinate with internal teams on solution design * Maintain high ethical and professional standards throughout the sales process Required Experience : * 3+ years of successful B2C sales experience * Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite and CRM tools) * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills * Ability to interpret technical documents and apply strategic thinking * Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Experience: * Experience in Electric or with Generac Generators * Experience with Service Titan Software or similar * Analytical and detail-oriented with cost estimating experience Benets: * Health and Wellness: Comprehensive health insurance, dental, and vision plans.
