Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Residential Decorative Textiles Location: Dallas / Forth Worth Area OR Houston POSITION SUMMARY Are you a driven, relationship-focused sales professional with a passion for home decor and interior design? We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to represent our line of residential decorative textiles throughout the Orlando area. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence by building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing product solutions that help homeowners, designers, and residential developers bring their design visions to life. You will work with a strong product portfolio and a supportive team environment designed to set you up for success. Key Responsibilities * Develop deep knowledge of our residential decorative textile products, including customization options, pricing, and applications. * Build and nurture relationships with existing residential customers while actively prospecting and developing new accounts. * Present product collections in a polished, engaging, and design-focused manner to demonstrate value and inspire clients. * Provide outstanding service through prompt communication, delivery of samples, catalogs, and customized product recommendations. * Review and analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase market share in the Orlando residential market. * Stay informed on residential design trends, competitor activity, and new product innovations. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution. Provide ongoing feedback to management. * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements. * Prioritize leads and opportunities strategically to maximize territory growth and revenue. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS * 2-5+ years of successful sales experience in home decor, interior design, residential textiles, furnishings, or related industries. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals. * Strong industry references demonstrating professionalism and reliability. * Proficiency with CRM systems and digital productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to a variety of residential customer types (designers, builders, retailers, homeowners). * High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering quality client experiences. * Proactive, self-motivated, and able to identify opportunities and solve problems independently. * Genuine passion for residential design, creativity, and customer satisfaction.
