Holt Supply is looking for an inside sales employee for our location in Sioux Falls, SD. We supply HVAC products to trade professionals across the Midwest. Customers come to us When Quality Matters. Location: Sioux Fall, SD Job Type: Full-time Duties include: * Develop a strong foundation in our HVAC product lines * Provide excellent customer service at contractor counter * Learn internal operations and sales strategies * Outreach to existing and prospective customers to drive sales and support customer retention * Process order entry transactions accurately and efficiently * Utilize ERP and CRM systems to manage operations and customer data * Engage with customers to build relationships and resolve needs * Support contractors with product knowledge and solutions * Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to support daily operations * Load and unload deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness * Handle materials and equipment to maintain organization and safety standards * Pull products to fulfill customer orders with precision * Restock inventory in the warehouse to ensure product availability and order readiness Requirements: * Good driving record * Customer service skills * High-level dependability * Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize * Overall, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn as this environment changes rapidly.
