Vacuums R Us & Sewing Too! is seeking a friendly and motivated front-of-house representatives to join our team. We Have one full time opening for 4-5 days per week at 32 to 40 hours per week. This full time position will be split between our Arvada and Boulder location and will require the flexibility to work both locations making it an ideal opportunity for people residing in the communities between these stores. We are a highly specialized retail business serving two markets: the vacuum and cleaning market, and the sewing market. Our focus is on providing high- quality alternatives to department store brands, backed by expertise and exceptional customer service. In this role, you will maintain a clean, organized, and professional storefront: engage directly with customers: and recommend products or services tailored to their needs, preferences, and budgets. This position includes an intensive training period to prepare you to become an expert in the field--not just a retail associate. While previous experience in specialty retail is a bonus, we are fully prepared to train candidates who bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. The starting pay is $18 per hour, and after six weeks, you will transition to an hourly plus commission plan. Average hourly pay for front-end representatives is $21, with a guaranteed minimum of $18 per hour. Additional benefits include paid time off (PTO), which accrues based on hours worked, and up to two paid "pet days" annually for pet-related needs.
