Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tire Sales Manager to be part of our retail and rent to own tire shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, automotive knowledge, and the ability to drive sales growth within a fast-paced retail environment. The Tire Sales Manager will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure product availability. * Oversee daily operations including POS transactions, cash handling, and cashiering duties. * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote tire sales. * Conduct automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance assessments to recommend suitable tire solutions. * Maintain accurate records using CRM and store system for inventory control and sales tracking. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized store environment. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, negotiating deals, and resolving issues promptly. * Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and procurement needs. * Utilize bilingual communication skills to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Skills * Strong automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance knowledge. * Proven sales management experience in retail or dealership settings. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and phone etiquette skills. * Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, CRM. * Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively. * Organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and order fulfillment processes. * Knowledge of automotive service standards, dealership experience preferred. * Ability to manage retail math calculations accurately for pricing and inventory control. * Marketing expertise to develop promotional campaigns that increase tire sales.
