Sales Executive (Evergreen Role)

Role Summary This is an evergreen role intended to build a pipeline of qualified Sales Executive candidates for future hiring needs. The Sales Executive will be part of a collaborative, high-performing sales team responsible for managing the full sales funnel and cultivating new client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations
• Generate leads using social media and online tools
• Manage prospects through the entire sales cycle
• Develop new client partnerships
• Attend industry conferences to build relationships
• Occasional travel to client sites and events Education

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher Skills and

• Sales experience in recruitment/staffing preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Consultative sales and negotiation expertise
