Patient Liaison / Patient Coordinator Gameday Men 's Health - Louisville, KY Join Our Growing Team Gameday Men's Health is a modern men's health clinic focused on helping men feel their best through testosterone optimization, weight-loss therapies, and wellness services. We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and results-driven *Clinic Sales & Patient growth *specialistto support new patient growth and deliver an exceptional concierge-level patient experience. This role blends sales support and customer care. You will be a key point of contact for patients from first inquiry through ongoing care, helping guide them through services, answering non-medical questions, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience & Coordination * Serve as a primary non-medical point of contact for new and existing patients * Guide patients through onboarding, scheduling, and program options * Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and cared for at every stage * Resolve non-medical patient concerns related to billing, programs, and office experience Sales Support & Growth * Handle inbound leads and conduct warm outbound follow-up calls * Schedule consultations and maintain accurate lead and patient records in the CRM * Help convert inquiries into booked consultations and active patients * Educate patients on available services and identify appropriate upsell opportunities * Support patient retention through proactive follow-ups and concierge-style care CRM, Reporting & Collaboration * Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and lead tracking * Assist with reporting on lead flow, consults, and patient conversions * Work closely with clinic leadership, providers, and marketing to support growth initiatives What We 're Looking For * Outgoing, personable, and confident on the phone * Highly organized with strong follow-through * Comfortable in a sales-adjacent role focused on service and solutions * Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused Preferred Experience * Medical office, wellness clinic, or healthcare customer service experience * Sales, patient coordination, or concierge service background * Experience using CRM systems and scheduling software * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Requirements * Reliable and punctual * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable handling sensitive conversations professionally * Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook; CRM/EMR experience a plus) * Available for a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time depending on fit) Compensation & Growth * Hourly pay based on experience * Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to appointments and patient engagement * Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding men's health clinic * Positive, team-oriented work environment focused on excellence and accountability About Gameday Men 's Health Gameday Men's Health is dedicated to helping men optimize their health through personalized care, cutting-edge therapies, and a high-touch patient experience.
