We manage the entire process, from design through construction, so our clients get a refined experience, clear communication, and exceptional results. No shortcuts. No chaos. Just wellexecuted renovations. The Opportunity We're looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on opening doors, shaping opportunities, and building lasting partnerships. You'll be out in the world, connecting with architects, real estate leaders, designers, industry insiders, and highnetworth homeowners. Your mission: build a pipeline, drive new revenue, and position DNB as the goto luxury renovation partner. This role blends strategic outreach with authentic relationshipbuilding and gives you real ownership over how growth happens. What You 'll Do * Identify, prospect, and nurture strategic relationships with architects, designers, real estate professionals, developers, and premium service partners * Actively generate and qualify new business opportunities for highend renovation projects * Be the first point of contact for potential clients and referral partners, representing DNB with confidence and style * Manage and grow a healthy pipeline using CRM discipline and consistent followup * Attend industry events, design shows, networking gatherings, and community functions to expand DNB's visibility and influence * Work closely with Sales, Design, and Operations teams to ensure opportunities convert into signed projects * Provide market insights, trend analysis, and competitive feedback to refine outbound strategy and positioning Who You Are * A polished relationshipbuilder with a proven track record in business development or sales * Comfortable engaging highend clients, industry partners, and Centers of Influence * Selfmotivated, strategic, and disciplined in managing a pipeline and generating results * A strong communicator--confident in presentations, conversations, and professional outreach * Organized with excellent CRM skills and followthrough habits What You Bring * Minimum of 3-5 years of business development, sales, or clientfacing experience (construction, design, architecture, real estate, or related luxury services preferred) * Ability to build and nurture longterm partnerships * Comfort with infield relationship building and event representation * A network mindset, thinking beyond immediate opportunities to longterm brand amplification What We Offer * Competitive base salary + performancedriven bonus/commission structure * Autonomy and ownership over your own growth strategy * Flexible field + office work * Paid time off and sick leave * Career growth within a fastscaling, designforward firm Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in Sales? * Do you have any knowledge in Construction/interior design?
