Overview: Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities: * Proactively engage with prospective and current clients through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations--both within your assigned territory and in open, non-exclusive areas. * Craft compelling, well-structured proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. * Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer concerns and issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels. * Collaborate closely with marketing, sales leadership, finance, and logistics to align efforts and achieve goals. * Highlight the unique value of the company's products and services while benchmarking against competitors. * Deliver regular updates to management through detailed reports on customer interactions, market trends, opportunities, and challenges. * Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and conventions to build brand visibility and generate leads. * Support team objectives by contributing to shared goals and stepping in where needed to ensure success. * Ensure CRM software is up to date. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * High school diploma required. College degree in business preferred. * Three to five years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience. * Overnight travel required up to 50%. Must have valid driver's license. * Basic computer skills required; Outlook email, Word, Excel. * Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally on the telephone and in person.
