Responsibilities and Duties * Must pass drug test and have satisfactory criminal and DMV screening * We are looking for ambitious, motivated, & enthusiastic customer service professionals! * You must be reliable, committed to the sales process, and have a positive attitude. * You must learn and maintain an in depth knowledge of the product that you sell. * You must attend Sales training to keep current with product and process changes. * You must learn company policies and maintain compliance throughout all processes. Qualifications: * Proven experience in retail sales and customer service * Strong communication skills * Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management * Experience in outbound sales and upselling techniques * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus * Strong organizational skills and proficiency in retail math Job Type: Full-time If you are looking for a long term career with great benefits, competitive compensation plans all while working with an award winning team we invite you to apply!
