Store Manager - High-End Outdoor Furniture We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our new high-end outdoor furniture showroom in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time position that includes some weekends. About the Role As Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in furniture sales, merchandising, and team leadership, and is eager to grow with our company. Key Responsibilities * Deliver outstanding customer service through expert product knowledge and personalized support * Open and close the store, ensuring smooth daily operations * Resolve customer or vendor concerns professionally, including issues related to product timelines and quality * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom Requirements * Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience * 2-3 years of furniture sales experience * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong computer skills (Windows & iOS platforms) Preferred Qualifications * Visual merchandising or design experience * Furniture or Outdoor Furniture sales experience If you are passionate about design, sales, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces for customers, we encourage you to apply and join our growing team.
