Your mission is to establish our presence in the market by recruiting, coaching, and leading a high-octane team of project consultants from the ground up. A Day in the Life Your day starts with growth--recruiting and mentoring your team of consultants on prospecting across Sioux Falls and the surrounding region. You'll spend time networking to build the brand locally while staying active in the field as the lead "hitter," showing your team how to maximize job profitability and navigate complex insurance claims. You aren't just a manager; you are the market partner responsible for scaling this territory. What You Bring * Experience: Minimum 2 years in Residential Roofing/Exteriors sales. * Leadership: Proven ability to recruit, inspire, and manage a sales force. * Industry Knowledge: Previous Insurance Restoration experience is a must. * Local Savvy: Familiarity with the Sioux Falls market and South Dakota storm patterns.
