Job Opening: New Home Sales Agent Location: Eagle, ID Employment Type: 1099 - Contractor Hours: Contract requests you be available 8 hours a day for 5 days a week Work Location: On-site, in person, offices available for your use. Join One of America's Leading Home Builders! We are actively searching for talented, licensed Real Estate Professionals for our new home community sales offices in Eagle and Star, Idaho. Join us and be a part of our winning team! As one of our contracted Sales Agents, your primary role is to sell homes while we manage the escrow and marketing process. You will be in charge of prospecting and following up with leads from clients who inquire and/or visit the community, networking with local real estate offices, ensuring the model homes are available to view and able to be shown 10am-6pm daily, partner with our preferred lender to pre- qualify interested prospects, and utilize CRM to prepare purchase contracts. Work with our construction team to ensure subdivision and inventory homes are presentable at all times. About the Role As a New Home Sales Agent , your primary responsibility is to guide buyers through the purchase process, writing offers, presenting them to the seller, and maintaining consistent communication. You'll be the key link between the buyer and the builder while we handle the escrow coordination and marketing efforts. What We 're Looking For We're seeking professionals who are: * Licensed & Available - Must hold an active Idaho Real Estate License and be available to work and meet clients on weekends. * Ethical & Professional - Committed to upholding our code of ethics and complying with California DRE regulations as well as Idaho Real Estate Commission policies and procedures. * Motivated & Organized - Are you an organized, detail oriented and self-motivated person with the dedication and drive to SELL? We want you to be confident to write offers and present them to the seller. * Personable & Energetic - Positive individuals who enjoy working with people and building relationships. Key Responsibilities * Write and Present Offers - Confidently represent buyers and submit offers to the seller. * Client Communication - Maintain open, proactive communication throughout the buying process. You are the liaison between the buyer and seller. Follow up with potential clients along their buying path, including sending out flyers, letters, emails, etc. * Lead Follow-Up - Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and printed materials. * Networking & Outreach - Meet new people!
