Seeking Appointment Setter to join our Office Staff. We are one of the top bathroom remodeling service providers in Bay Area, having remodeled over 8,000 bathrooms!!! We are a full-service bathroom contractor. Position Description: The appointment Setter position is responsible for qualifying and setting up clients with an appointment, answering necessary questions, sending and replying to any emails, routing calls to the correct department manager, and scheduling appointments appropriately based on our calendar. As an Appointment setter, you will qualify and verify potential clients' information that we have received from our Lead providers, or any of our direct marketing systems and set them up with a complimentary in-home consultation. Everyone that comes to us has inquired about a remodel (No Cold Calls). It is our job to qualify and determine whether or not the client has a project we are capable of taking on. Requirements: * Must have basic computer knowledge such as sending/writing emails and how to navigate different platforms such as Microsoft Office, (Google Docs, Word, etc.) * Must be able to communicate clearly in a professional manner. * Must be able to accept rejection and handle all sorts of personalities. * Must have basic phone etiquette. * Must have a good attitude. * Must be able to sit at a desk for multiple hours of the day. * Must have exceptional team working skills. * This position must be available to work an 8 hour shift Monday - Friday * * Weekend availability is a must.
