Job Summary Our client, a leader in the affordable housing space, is hiring a Home Sales Consultant. You'll be the vital link between prospective residents and their future homes. Your impact will go beyond sales--you'll build relationships, create memorable experiences, and help grow vibrant, connected communities. Duties * Guide Future Residents - Showcase available homes, answer questions, and deliver a smooth, supportive experience from first contact through move-in. * Close with Confidence - Manage rental and sales transactions, process applications, and ensure a seamless closing process. * Build Relationships - Create lasting connections with both prospective and current residents to enhance satisfaction and community retention. * Stay Ahead of Trends - Track local sales, rentals, and market insights to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies. * Maintain Home Readiness - Inspect inventory, maintain curb appeal, and ensure signage is up to date to attract potential buyers or renters. * Expand Outreach - Represent the brand at local events and build relationships with community partners and local associations. Qualifications * Sales-Driven & Goal-Oriented - You love closing deals and helping people find a place they're excited to call home. * Strong Communicator - You build trust, connect easily with others, and can guide customers with confidence. * Resilient & Self-Motivated - You bounce back from setbacks and keep moving forward with a positive attitude. * Tech-Savvy & Organized - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms to manage leads and stay on top of tasks. * Customer-Focused - You anticipate and meet the needs of clients with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy.
