Job Summary

Our client, a leader in the affordable housing space, is hiring a Home Sales Consultant. You'll be the vital link between prospective residents and their future homes. Your impact will go beyond sales--you'll build relationships, create memorable experiences, and help grow vibrant, connected communities.

Duties

• Guide Future Residents - Showcase available homes, answer questions, and deliver a smooth, supportive experience from first contact through move-in.
• Close with Confidence - Manage rental and sales transactions, process applications, and ensure a seamless closing process.
• Build Relationships - Create lasting connections with both prospective and current residents to enhance satisfaction and community retention.
• Stay Ahead of Trends - Track local sales, rentals, and market insights to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
• Maintain Home Readiness - Inspect inventory, maintain curb appeal, and ensure signage is up to date to attract potential buyers or renters.
• Expand Outreach - Represent the brand at local events and build relationships with community partners and local associations.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Real Estate Sales experience required
• Experience with manufactured/mobile homes, land/lease or distressed properties highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
