Job Summary Courtney Burke is a Santa Barbara-based lifestyle brand rooted in effortless style, soft luxury, and everyday ease. We're looking for a Sales Associate who is warm, dependable, and passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences, both in-store and online. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in doing things well, and is excited to be part of a growing retail and e-commerce business. You'll be an important part of the day-to-day store experience, supporting sales, operations, and brand presence. Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, thoughtful, and personalized shopping experience * Guide customers through their purchases by offering styling advice, product knowledge, and thoughtful recommendations * Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism and care * Build genuine connections with customers during and after their shopping experience * Support daily store operations, including opening and closing tasks, maintaining a clean and organized space, and keeping product restocked * Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner * Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving shipments, restocking product, and supporting cycle counts * Support marketing initiatives as needed, including social media content, website updates, photoshoots, and email campaigns * Maintain organized backstock and storage areas to support efficient restocking and smooth daily operations Requirements * Friendly, confident, and customer-focused with strong communication skills * Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized * Comfortable multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced, small-team environment * Willing to jump in where needed and take pride in doing great work * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off Work Location: In person
