Job description Premier Aggregates is a leader in the aggregate market in the state of Idaho. We specialize in providing quality sand and gravel products and logistics solutions for our customers. We are looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. We are looking for an outgoing, personable, and driven person to help grow our business. This position will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales strategies, maintaining and developing customer relationships and help problem solve for those customers. This position will focus primarily on the landscape and construction markets within the Treasure Valley. This position will primarily work out of office. It requires driving around the area meeting customers and visiting jobsites. A company vehicle will be provided. The base pay for this position is $70,000-$75,000 with up to $250,000 annual bonus based off revenue of sales and meeting sales targets. Skills/Requirements * Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. * Committed to continuous education through training programs, seminars, and conferences. * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. * Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. * Strong business sense and industry expertise preferred. * Fluent in Spanish preferred. * Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. * 3+ years sales experience required. Responsibilities * Achieve growth and hit sales targets. * Work with management to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensures its strong presence. * Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. * Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. * Identify emerging competitors and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. * Work to schedule orders with customers to maintain fast and efficient delivery schedule. * Communicate effectively between the operations, dispatch and trucking departments. * Engage and host customers periodically with events, dinners and activities * Become a leader in the company, everyone looks to rely on Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
