Salesperson/Client Services Specialist Position Located in New Hyde Park, Long Island. We are a fire and water restoration company looking to fill a Salesperson/Client Services Specialist position in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a positive workplace culture. In this role, you will split time between in-office and field work. Training will be provided. The role will include fostering and growing relationships with clients and vendors, organizing and maintaining a calendar of appointments, and providing support to the marketing team as needed. The Client Services Specialist will prioritize customer service and represent the company while demonstrating the utmost consideration and respect for current and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be able to manage their time effectively and work with little supervision while reporting daily to Management regarding schedules, meetings, and outcomes. Responsibilities: * Engage in outreach activities to build relationships with clients and vendors * Schedule meetings, phone calls, and manage correspondence * Support clients and vendors with a positive attitude * Follow up with contacts weekly * Create and maintain database/records system with personnel, financial data, etc * Submit timely reports and prepare proposals and presentations as required * Assist in the creation of content/marketing materials Skills: * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills * Knowledge of MS Office and common office software * Social media management experience a plus * Punctual, timely, and reliable * HS diploma required; college/university a plus * Candidate must have reliable personal transportation.
