What You'll Do: * Be the first friendly face (or voice) customers encounter and guide them to the right parts and solutions. * Support our service team by ensuring they have exactly what they need to get machines back up and running fast. * Manage parts requests in person, over the phone, and through our systems with accuracy and urgency. * Provide expert advice, substitutions, and solutions when the exact part isn't available -- solving problems is part of the fun. * Handle transactions accurately and professionally. * Keep the parts department organized, clean, and retail-ready so customers feel confident in us the moment they walk in. * Contribute to ongoing inventory management and cycle counts. * Live our values daily: greet every customer with respect, stay positive, and hold yourself accountable to excellence. What We're Looking For: * Parts experience required -- you know your way around an equipment counter. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) required -- you'll be helping a diverse customer base. * Strong computer skills. * A true team player with the heart of a servant -- you want to help customers and coworkers succeed. * Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone. * Physically able to lift 15-50 lbs.
