Duties * Hire and train sales representatives who can effectively execute our sales strategies to meet company goals and expand market share. * Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to foster repeat business. * Conduct regular training sessions to improve the team's product knowledge and sales techniques. * Oversee the entire sales process * Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new customers. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction. * Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management. Requirements * Proven experience in sales within the home improvement or related industry. * Strong background within the inhome sales industry * Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and team members. * Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategic plans accordingly. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. * Knowledge of current market trends in home improvement products and services is preferred. * A valid driver's license is necessary for client meetings and site visits.
