Overview

We're looking for ambitious, money-motivated sales professionals to join our fast-growing Solar & Roofing team. This role focuses heavily on solar sales, with the added advantage of offering homeowners roofing solutions when needed -- giving you more ways to close deals and earn higher commissions. Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, social media, and community engagement
• Educate homeowners on solar savings, incentives, and clean energy benefits
• Identify roofing needs during inspections and offer integrated solar + roof solutions
• Run in-home or virtual consultations to present customized solar proposals
• Work with the project and installation teams to ensure smooth job execution
• Use CRM tools to track metrics, manage pipelines, and optimize performance

Requirements

• Competitive, driven, and hungry to earn (great fit if you're fresh out of high school/ college and looking for a purpose)
• Great communicator with a coachable attitude
• Able to simplify solar concepts for homeowners
• Comfortable with door knocking or prospecting (we train you)
• No experience required -- solar or roofing knowledge is a plus but not necessary
