Simple and aligned. Job Description We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Officer who excels at sourcing and closing off-market deals. This is an in-person role for someone who knows how to hunt, negotiate, and close. Key Responsibilities * Identify and underwrite off-market opportunities * Manage the full acquisition cycle from lead to close * Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, brokers, and industry contacts * Conduct market research and due diligence * Hit or exceed acquisition targets Qualifications * 5+ years of proven off-market acquisitions experience * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Must show closed deals --no exceptions * Self-driven, organized, and able to execute without hand-holding If you want true upside and a direct share of what you produce, we'd like to speak with you.
