Full description of the position

Account Manager Area of Focus: Client Management and Sales Development Overview: Signarama studio is a collaborative work space - AND EXTENSION TO our growing design and event production business. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team to help drive great work and sales growth across the branded sign - from graphic wraps to vinyl and 3D solutions - to the promotional products (logo and/or personalized message) business. This role combines business development, account management, and relationship building to service our current as well as expand client base and increase sales/service volume. An entrepreneurial and creative spirit is welcome to help bring ideas to life with the larger art and design and production teams. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities for additional services. * Develop new business through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up * Track all sales activities and customer interactions using a CRM system. * Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities. * Provide customized solutions and negotiate service agreements. * Collaborate closely with operations and scheduling teams to ensure customer satisfaction. * As a client gatekeeper, you will use a 360 system to share quantitative and qualitative analysis with your manager. * Communicate day-to-day learnings with your manager through monthly meet ups; recommending needs which will help you build deeper client relationships and support the overall growth of the business. Qualifications: * Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Project management experience is a plus. * Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management (across the sign design and production, lighting, or creative industry preferred). * Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar). * Passion for great design, the next generation of mixed media and bringing ideas to life.
