We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in B2B environments, and possess the skills necessary to drive business development and account management. This role requires an individual who is passionate about technology sales and is adept at building relationships with clients to meet their needs. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management. * Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to identify potential customers. * Manage a designated territory, ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized. * Deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and territory management. * Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. Skills * Proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken). * Proven experience in outside sales, direct sales, or territory management. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Familiarity with CRM software and technology sales processes. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Ability to conduct product demos and articulate technical information clearly. * Experience in business development and lead generation strategies. * Knowledge of B2B sales dynamics, including account management practices. * Strong analytical skills for assessing market conditions and performance metrics. * Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus.
