Mountain Hardscape Systems is growing EVERY YEAR, and we are looking to expand our AWESOME team with motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultants! In this position, you will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs. You will then help bring their vision to life by discussing options for their space, including project estimates and personalized design possibilities. You will learn how to discuss and design BEAUTIFUL outdoor living spaces in NO TIME at ALL! You will use these acquired talents and your natural pleasure in helping others to bring our clients dreams to fruition. Our goal is to expand from the treasure valley into other markets making the possibilities for the right candidates very attractive for both upward mobility and relocation for the right people. * Unlimited access to training and all materials needed for you to succeed at your own peak! * Realistic and achievable goals set by us where we understand work life balance and human limitation * Job Responsibilities: * Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport. * Accurately uncover and assess customers' needs and vision for their outdoor space. * Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions. * Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction. * Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience. * Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contracts, etc. * Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads. Experience & Skills: * Previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in kickstarting your sales career. * Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology. * Must have your driver's license, a reliable vehicle and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines. * Construction experience a plus. * If you have passion for home improvement and/or experience providing high level customer service (I.e., windows, bathrooms/kitchens, solar, hospitality, auto sales, real estate, etc.), this IS the position for you!
