Front Office Manager One of the leading brands in home improvement is seeking a full time Front Office Manager to add to their team. The company provides installation of high energy efficient replacement window, siding, doors, and roofing products with a stellar reputation on service, product, and installation. Hours: Full time days: Open Hours vary by season Start Date: ASAP *Compensation/Benefits * $55,000-$65,000 with bonus potential for reaching company goals based on experience. The Front Office Manager is responsible for the oversight of incoming and outgoing contact with prospective customers over the telephone to generate sales appointments. The manager will be responsible for achievement of goals for their department, including total appointments and conversion from inquiries to appointments. They are responsible for ensuring that the Project Consultant has the information they need to give the homeowner(s) the best possible service, and that communication is provided between client and staff at all times. This positions also includes some face to face customer service in showroom, home shows and events, as well as general office administration duties and oversight. Candidate Must: * Offer exceptional customer service, be reliable, self-motivated, eager to learn, proficient in Microsoft programs, and be extremely detail-oriented and organized. * Two plus years of experience in the remodeling industry or in sales/appointment setting preferred. * Management experience Education:High School diploma or equivalent a must. Associate 's or Bachelor's Degree a plus. Skills/Qualifications: * Creative and innovative thinker. * Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. * Professional business presence and acumen. * Self starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker. * Commitment to customer service (internal and external). * Highly detail oriented with superb organizational skills. * Strong ability to multi-task with results-oriented mindset. * Calm individual who can operate under pressure, deadlines, and the demands of a busy office environment. * High level of proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Excel. * Appreciated but not required: * Experience using Google Drive, Google Calendar, Quickbooks, Marketsharp, and Leap.
