We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Professional to Join our dynamic team. This is a face-to-face, relationship based sales role where you'll focus on building trust with clients and developing your own book of business. All leads are generated in-house, so you can focus on what you do best, connecting with people and closing deals. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and results-driven, with a passion for customer service and relationship building. You'll meet with clients in person, walk them through our offerings, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified leads generated by our in-house team
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their goals and preferences
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Develop and manage your personal book of business
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions What We're Looking For
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers in face-to-face interactions
• Proven ability to overcome objections and confidently guide potential clients toward a purchasing decision using solution-based selling techniques

• Proficiency in problem solving and needs analysis, enabling personalized products and service recommendations based on each customer's unique situation
• High level of self-motivation and discipline with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor, engaging education and following up with client to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Flexible and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn new strategies, products, and sales techniques
