What You 'll Do * Work with individuals and families who have requested information * Explain available options clearly and professionally * Assist clients through the enrollment process * Maintain accurate client information and follow up as needed * Provide a positive and helpful customer experience This role focuses on client communication and support , not pressure-based sales.
