Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Location: Wisconsin Salary Range: $150,000 Employment Type: Full-Time Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager required to join a highly regarded supplier of CNC machines and capital equipment. Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities: * Identify and secure new sales opportunities across Wisconsin while strengthening relationships with current clients to grow territory presence and increase CNC machine tool sales. * Manage and support a team of 5 Sales Engineers, assisting with customer visits and conducting regular meetings to support them with targets and goals. * Attend tradeshows and events to promote new CNC machines and precision engineering solutions. * Oversee customer engagements from initial discussions through completion, including training and demonstrations, while managing a sales pipeline through a CRM system. Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Requirements: * Prior experience selling CNC machines, cutting tools, capital equipment, workholding or similar within the precision manufacturing sector. * Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field is advantageous although not a requirement. * Willing to travel to meet customers when required. * Must reside in Wisconsin or be willing to relocate to Wisconsin.
