Reliability+ Sales Con-Vey, an industry leader in industrial automation, is looking for a Reliability+ Sales professional to join our team in Roseburg, Oregon. In this customer-facing role, you'll develop upgrade proposals, conduct engineering audits, and help customers identify improvement opportunities across their systems. You'll work closely with our Equipment Lifecycle team to communicate service offerings, analyze performance data, and provide recommendations that strengthen long-term customer relationships. With travel across North America and beyond, this role blends technical insight with hands-on partnership and problem-solving. Duties & Responsibilities: * Develop scopes of work, costing, and sales proposals for equipment upgrades and kits * Communicate Con-Vey service products (Reliability+, Engineering Audits, Con-Vey Connect, etc.) * Build and maintain a professional customer network through meetings, calls, emails, social media, and industry outreach * Perform Engineering Audits at customer facilities, including: * o Interviewing operators, maintenance teams, and management * o Requesting and gathering operational data * o Analyzing data such as downtime reports, OEE, and production trends * o Preparing post-audit reports outlining key improvement opportunities * Provide detailed feedback to engineering regarding potential equipment enhancements * Work closely with the Lifecycle team to support customer service efforts * Travel approximately 50% (about two trips per month on average) Skills & Qualifications: * Demonstrated dependability, integrity, and flexibility * Strong attention to detail with an inquisitive mindset * Solid understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) * Excellent written communication skills * Ability to interact professionally with customers at all times * Comfortable working independently and collaboratively * Proficiency with Microsoft Office products * Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor is a plus * Excellent problem-solving abilities * Engineering degree preferred * Industry experience strongly preferred: 3+ years in wood products manufacturing (plywood, OSB, lumber, LVL, I-joist, or similar) Benefits: * Competitive pay (dependent on experience) * 401k with company match * Health, dental, and life insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) 3% Match * Cell phone reimbursement * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Travel reimbursement * Vision insurance Experience: * Wood products manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Required) Work Location: In person
