Are you driven to success through meeting and exceeding goals? Bob's Carpet is looking to add a talented sales associate to our Lakeland location. Our Retail Sales Associates provide a first-class experience by offering excellent products and customer service to meet each customer's specific needs. Responsibilities include : * Develop a rapport with our customers and pair them with the best products and services to meet their needs * Provide stellar customer service throughout the entire buying process including installation. Address and solve concerns immediately. * Visit job sites to measure for products and assess installation needs * Enter customer orders and payments into our computer system accurately and timely * Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom * Promote and share product knowledge among the other sales consultants * Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to process customer orders in a timely manner * Maintain confidentiality of pricing and internal operations * Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements: Time and Detail oriented Friendly Outgoing Able to communicate on a professional level with individuals or groups both verbally and in writing Reliable transportation for use when home measurements are required Ability to work a 40-hour work week with a varied schedule which includes weekends Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
